Ordering :
Cutoff at 15:00 Monday through Friday weekly. The orders booked after cutoff will be taken up the next business day. Day offs on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Delivery :
We deliver from Monday through Saturday, no delivery on Sunday.    Holiday arrangement will be announced in prior.

Minimum Order Quantity :
Our delivery is free for shipping at $500, a surcharge of $100 will be added if not met. Ambient & frozen goods must be shipped separately and therefore MOQ cannot be bundled.

For any special requests such as changing the delivery address, date, or modifying or canceling purchased items, you must contact your sales representative or reach out via WhatsApp at 9731-9015.

Ambient goods :
delivered to all districts in Hong Kong and Kowloon from Monday to Saturday. (Excluding the following special locations as below)：

．Delivery on Monday / Wednesday / Friday only for: Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Airport, Tseung Kwan O, Tai Tam, Repulse Bay, and Stanley.

．Delivery on Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday only for: Tai Po, Fanling, Sheung Shui, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Aberdeen, and Ap Lei Chau.

Frozen & Cake :
．Monday & Thursday : Kowloon districts bounded Mei Foo, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon Tong, Yau Ma Tei, TST, MK, Kowloon City, Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, Yau Tong, Cha Kwo Ling.

．Tuesday & Friday : Hong Kong Island.

．Wednesday & Saturday : Airport, Lantau, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung, Sha Tin, and New Territories.
